Award winner BEST ACTRESS in

several International festivals Annika

Rimbléus first came to the attention

of the film audiences with her role as

”Hanna” in the short film WHEN THE

SHADOWS YEARN TO BREATH, co

produced with the American

filmmaker Chad Michael Ward. Along

with the many wins for THE ROOTS

OF EVIL co produced with Uncanny

Pictures by Cindy Stenberg.

Annika Rimbléus has since become

an internationally recognized,

award-winning indiefilm actress and

producer known for her range and

Versatility.

In theater Annika Rimbléus made

stage debut in the autumn of 2018,

starring with Siw Malmqvist in the

musical 8 WOMANS at

STADSTEATERN in Stockholm.

She has also been honoured for her

brave performances at the

BOULEVARD Theater at a very young

age between 2011-2013, producing her own

shows such as AN EYE FOR AN EYE,

EVE WITH ADAM, and PERIOD

EXCLAMATION PERIOD.

In 2023 Annika Rimbléus won the

children’s heart for her portrayal of

the Moomin character Filifjonkan in a

collaboration with Moomin

Characters Ab.  

In television Annika Rimbléus made

her reality tv debut in TOP MODEL

(SWE) 2013.

She has also made appearances in

the series SPELSKANDALEN and the

film UR SPÅR starring the

Swedish actors Leif Andrée and Rakel

Wärmländer.
